Instructions

  1. The scholarship is only valid if you take admission in JBS School for 2024-25 session.
  2. Registration fee for exam rupees 100/-
  3. Registration start from December 20, 2023
  4. Last date of registration for scholarship 25th January 2024
  5. Exam date- 28th January 2024 (Sunday at 11 A.M To 1 P.M, Candidate has to report before 45 min of 'Exam Start Time' )
  6. Answer Keys Date : 4th February 2024 (Sunday) and Result Date : 10th February 2024 (Saturday)
  7. Prize distribution Date - 10th March 2024 (Sunday)
  8. Roll number will be available two days before exam date. You will receive it on your registration mobile number.
  9. The medium of examination will be bilingual English and Hindi.
  10. Examination will be objective type Multiple Choice Question. Question paper will have 60 question 4th and 5th classes and 100 question 6th to 10th and time duration of 2 hours.
  11. Use Black or blue ballpoint pen and avoid gel pens and pencil for filling the sheet.
  1. Darken the bubbles completely . Don't put a tick mark or a cross mark where it is specified that you fill the bubbles completely . Half filled or over filled bubbles will not be accepted.
  2. Each right answer will carry 4 marks.
  3. In case you want to recheck your OMR sheet, you need to submit an application of same along with rupees 300 (fee for rechecking) at school reception within two days of result declaration. You will get your answer sheet and your filled OMR sheet after 2 days of application submission.
  4. Result will be declared online. You may check your result online by filling Roll Number.
  5. Registration fee is not refundable.
  6. Top 3 scholars from each groups will be awarded with scholarship as following:-
    • 1st Position from each group with scholarship of rupees 2100/- along with trophy and certificates.
    • 2nd Position from each group with scholarship of rupees 1500/- along with trophy and certificates.
    • 3rd Position from each group with scholarship of rupees 1100/- along with trophy and certificates.
    • 4th to 10th Position students will be awarded with participation certificate with Medal.
